Hey Book is a booking directory that lets AI assistants (like ChatGPT and Claude) search for local businesses and submit booking requests on a customer's behalf. Hey Book is a product by Arpo AI, Singapore.

Submitting a booking through Hey Book sends a request to the business — it is not a guaranteed reservation. The business reviews the request and replies directly to the customer's email to confirm, decline, or adjust it. Hey Book is not responsible for a business's response time or decision.

Businesses that list on Hey Book are responsible for keeping their information (hours, capacity, notice period, contact email) accurate and for responding to booking requests in a timely manner. Hey Book may remove a listing at any time if it is inaccurate, inactive, or misused.

You may not use Hey Book to submit fake bookings, spam businesses, scrape the directory for unrelated purposes, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Hey Book is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that businesses listed are available, accurate, or will respond to a booking request. We are not liable for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, or incorrect booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hey Book after changes means you accept the updated terms.
